calendar ring planner

For my hobby of planning (yes planning) and journaling I decided to make my own inserts. What can work better than something you design for your own needs? I designed these calendar inserts for two different paper sizes, the personal and pocket planner size.

With the idea of making these inserts personal to my needs, I decided to go for a grid size perfect for my handwriting. Not too big, but also not too small. I found it very helpful to have multiple overviews of my appointments and to-do’s. So a yearly overview to see the whole year at a glance, a monthly lay-out with room to add undated to-do’s. A page for weekly planning and a daily page with a timeline for appointments and tracking, notes or journal entries for that day.
